It seems idiotic that in the year of 2020 Aetna relies on receiving claims via fax or mail only. The fax machine is always busy or doesn't pick up. Mailing a claim allows Aetna to delay processing due to mail delivery. Good grief, why can't you upload a file to the claims department. They seem to make technology work to GET your money.
