Hello there, I purchased via ticketbis two tickets to last nights' Tottenham v Real Madrid match. I have attached my confirmation (reference number: 3Q608W8O6697). Two season passes arrived in the names of James Wynne and Oliver Wynne (Client reference numbers 3815938 and 3815941). I have attached scans of said passes. Needless to say these two tickets did not work at Wembley last night. I can confirm that we followed all the instructions given (going to Entrance D in accordance with the instructions on my tickets). Upon going to the ticket office it was confirmed to me (after an hours' queueing) orally that: (a) that there was no match ticket uploaded for these tickets; and (b) in any event in circumstances where my name did not match the names on these passes entry would not never have been an option! I have spoken and corresponded with the Club with the intention of getting written confirmation of the above. Fortunately I purchased these tickets using a credit card and am thus intending to pursue/enable a s.75 consumer credit action against the Merchant for what was unfortunately a defective set of tickets.
