Totally screwed up information about my car

I purchased 4 new tires from Sears plus the warranty One of the tire keep losing air I took it back for repair and they had mixed up my phone number with another vehicle. I had all my receipts from the purchase but after the work they tried to give me a receipt in someone else name for a totally different car and I refused to leave without a proper receipt. They were rude and had no idea how to fix the problem. The tire is flat again and I have to go back. I don’t know what to expect this time. If I had not purchased the warranty I would go somewhere else. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM SEARS. This happened at the store in the Chicago Ridge Mall.
