Totally dissatisfied with this company.

This is only the 6th day of this year and I have spoken or at least tried to speak with an agent at Geico insurance. I was able to get an agent when I actually set up the Auto policy but since then I get 20 minute long waits or I get transferred and left on the line forever. I am authorized to speak to the policy that is for my grandson but each agent tells me they have to speak to him. The original agent put the mobile number in wrong so I can't complete the mobile app so I can get the discounts. An agent named Kisha(Chicago) told me she wwould call me back at 4:30 never called. This carousel ride has been very frustrating and disappointing. I'm looking somewhere else. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time with this company.
