At the Garland location ( Between Saturn/Northwest hwy). My family and I we're eating lunch. We noticed the little girl who seemed to be about 6/7 yrs old. She was serving herself salad. She poured the salad back into the bowl. Then she scooped sald using her hands. I went to tell the manager who was standing about 8feet away and there was a server standing across from her on the opposite side of the bar. In stead of the manager walking over to stop the little girl she yelled to a server at the back to assist the little girl. The little girl proceed to touch the other veggies. The server came and removed only the salad bowl but didn't talked the little girl to her parents. The little girl went to the ice cream machine and served her ice cream after she was finished she took her hand and rubbed it on the opening of the ice cream spout. I was totally discusted!!!!!! I love Children but parents need to serve them instead of allowing the to serve themselves!!! Germs are every where. I feel that the manager and staff should take more training on germs and definitely better customer service skills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
