Totally disappointed! They are all liars!

I am a disappointed customer because I found out this company is full of lies and cheatings. In the middle of 2017, I booked a ticket to some other country. For all kinds of reasons, I had to reschedule my ticket. At the beginning, they told me there is a 12-month period of time to reschedule my ticket,which means I have time to do it until June, 2018. I waited till the beginning of this month,Jan,2018(I thought I have enough time before my ticket expires ). In fact,these cheaters didn't tell me from the very beginning that there are only 3-month of time to reschedule it before it is inactive. Anyway, when I called in,I was told my ticket has lost its market value,which means neither did I have any refund nor I can reschedule it, almost $1000 went down the drain that easily...Guys,$1000! That's not the worst! The most disgusting thing about this company is that everyone is good at putting you on hold for at least 30 minutes or one hour, depending on how much you are pissed off.I made countless phone calls to them , and I had to make myself available when I was about to do that,since you never know how long you will be put on hold. Also,when they asked you to wait for 24hour or 48hours before someone calls you back, never believe in them ,have them to get the supervisor for you right away to solve your issue, you don't want to repeat your case again and again after 1 or 2 or 3-day of waiting.Their higher supervisor,whose name is Mark Silva, kept me waiting for 3 days, although he swore to me he wouldn't do so. SO, please never believe it these liars!! Yes,they offer cheaper ticket;on the other hand ,you are facing unpredictable risks if you have to reschedule your ticket. I am not a person who likes to write review,for this case ,I had to for the sake of helping the others out of trouble. If this is a suggestion you could take into your consideration, I am glad!
