I canceled my account before renewal, they continued to bill me, they continue to bill me now $383.80 but now they are charging a late fee. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have spoken with the customer service people several times, they assure me my account is canceled but they keep sending me bills! DO NOT USE THEM, ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!! ONE STAR JUST TO GET YOUR ATTENTION, BUT THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS!!!!!
