Just don’t EVER have any contact with this company. After almost an hour on the phone with the jokers they said we will need to re-instate your Outlook, the annual fee is now $249.62 and they can fix my password update issue. Total BS, I said after being transferred to three Indian crooks, this conversation is over. Went to my local Apple genius and it was resolved in 10 minutes! The rep said i was being scammed!
