when I placed my order for flowers I was quoted one price, however when I received the invoice it was $75.00 more than the price the customer rep who said her name was Cleo had quoted. When attempting to get an explanation for the difference I was hung-up one my somebody who identified themselves as Jay. Called 6 times and each time talked to a different person and all said they had to put me thru to some other department. After being put on hold for 30-45 mins at a time in my attempts to contact them to cancel the order or explain the extra charge, I was passed around several times. I have yet to speak to a person about my issue. So, I called my the dispute department at my credit card company and have a case open. I will pursue this matter until I am satisfied. This company is HORRIBLE AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT-OF-BUSINESS...
