Ordered 2 tickets for $50 each in February and was told tickets would arrive by the day before the concert. The concert is tomorrow and surprise... they never arrived (email or otherwise). I called, and "chatted" with a robot, they said they were "looking into" the situation. Never got the tickets, never spoke to an actual human... So yes, I was conned for $100! My advice to everyone is save your money and don't fall for this scam! Don't buy any tickets through secure box office!
