DO NOT USE!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! I was told by Oz moving company to use this insurance to protect my move. There are so many "articles which exclude" written into their contracts that it actually doesn't cover anything so you are just giving them money for no reason. I repeat DO NOT USE!! My mover had me stand and check off the numbers of the boxes to ensure I was receiving all of my items as he stacked boxes against eachother against a wall, so I didn't get to inspect all boxes and all contents before the mover left. One box had a gash in it on one side that I did not see because he purposely turned that side away from me and his smooshed with the other boxes so I did not see until later. Two of my $3000 coats were chopped up by whatever gashed the box and this insurance company will not cover my items because if you don't read the fine print, all of your belongings have to be inspected and written on the sheet before the movers leaves. We all know the mover isn't staying while you inspect all of your belongings while you move and unpack, so it's A TOTAL SCAM of an insurance company!!!!! They also claim that because they did not pack my box it is not their fault so they don't have to cover...as if it matters who packed the box when there is a gash in the side of it. I REPEAT DO NOT USE! And shame on OZ moving company for even recommend you give them your money!!
