Salesmen told me he would be responsible for financing a points timeshare through a Bank of American officer within 30 days of signing timeshare papers and stupidly (emotionally grieving my husband’s death the prior 60 Days) I signed the documents. He dragged me on through iMessages for about 45 Days and then didn’t answer any of my calls or messages. I sent a letter to GERC’s Massanutten Finance Office but they did nothing. They stopped sending me notifications after they got the letter from me; now a year letter they are offering me a settlement ($1,275.00) but I’ve paid out to them over $2,500 and haVE NEVER STAY in any of there resorts as an owner!!!
