Total rip off. Scam !

Flight cancelled.... called them as soon as flight was cancel to say I’d be in the next morning. Assured no problem. Next day arrival was told my car was given away because I was a no show. They would re rent me a car for an addoitiomal 20 dollars a day. Refused a refund and was told to fight it out with Expedia.
