Total lack of response to future credit cruise voucher queries from Costa.

I have made MANY attempts to get direction from Costa cruises regarding my TOTAL inability to book any cruise, using my voucher due to the fact that South African passengers are not allowed to make a booking within the (voucher) prescribed timelines. My original booking ref is Cruise Line Ref: [protected]. My Costa Card # is Costa Card # 9696837. I have today completed the refund request form because the (per Costa website) ultimate time limit for a refund request is 31 August 2021. We would have liked to pursue a new booking, but that has proved totally impossible, so I have no option but to request a refund. However, the post-cruise service has been so disgusting so far, I have no faith in any of this going anywhere, because it appears as though the future credit cruise voucher was a con/scam.
