I almost feel bad for this company because it seems like they're trying. They just can't seem to get anything right. I ordered an Exped Megasleep 25 sleeping bag. When the box arrived I noticed they sent me the 40 degree version which is a cheaper and lighter bag. No big deal. I contacted them and they sent me a return label. A few days after not hearing anything, I contacted them and looked up the tracking number. The package had made it back to the warehouse, but a replacement was never sent. Moosejaw promptly told me the bag I ordered was out of stock but I could mail it back for a refund minus the cost of fees... I sent them a screenshot of the confirmation that the bag was already back in their warehouse. No reply... I sent yet another email. This time I was told that the refund should appear shortly and that $20 worth of rewards would be added to my account as compensation for the mix up. No problem. Days later, less than $15 worth of rewards has been added to my account and I'm still waiting on the refund... So far I'm about 2 weeks into this ordeal. I should've just bought it on Amazon and been done with it.
