Sent out a rifle to be repaired. This is a rifle I purchased NEW at Cabelas. Called 10 days later to see if it was in yet. Was told "The guy who handles that isn't in today". Called the customer service 800 number and was told " I don't know, I never handled a problem like this" Called the store directly 3 times and the phone rang 35 times each without answer. Fourth time got an answer. An answering machine. Cabelas is run like a Mom and Pop store and both Mom and Pop have Dementia.
