Total failure of attempt to get service advice!

AT&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;T website advises me to call Att Connectech for help and advice. So, I called and got incredibly dumb AI voice response that understood nothing I was asking for. Had lousy canned advice telling me to go back to the website and then hung up on me. For over $300 plus per month AT&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;T customer service really sucks.
