Been to over 30 timeshares in 15 years. Sold this one to me based on the salesperson telling us they were in the process of building a Water Park and it would be done "next year". That was over 15+ years ago. Still waiting and now my kids are grown and out of the house. Condos are filthy and unkept amongst many other complaints. How can they continue to expect Owners to pay maintenance fees when it is not going towards maintaining the property. WE ALL NEED TO SLAP A LAWSUIT ON THEM AND SHUT THEM DOWN. Cannot even give this a rating User's recommendation: STAY AS FAR AWAY AND RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
