They turned off my 92 year old mother's electricity for non-payment after more than 50 years of steady bill paying. She now has macular degeneration and couldn't see the bill's amount correctly. She's been sitting in the dark for a couple of days and they don't care. Can't even get onto their website. And try to pay the bill for her--I'm on hold from Rome, Italy waiting for a confirmation number from the heartless creeps who have taken my money on her behalf and will be on hold for the next 15 minutes, they promise. HATEFUL, NASTY, HEARTLESS
