I just wanted to let you know that I ordered food from there for mother's day, and it said it would take about 35 minutes for the order to be ready. I called to let them know that I was there, about 45 mins after the confirmation of the email stating it'd be 35 mins. When u called, they said that they would get to us as soon as possible, and they would call us when the order was ready. I waited for over an hour and a half. Seeing there was a bunch of people still waiting, I called again, and was told that they would get to us and call us whenever they were ready. I waited another hour, and still nothing. So I walked up to ask to where people were coming in and out with good, and tried to get several people's attention to ask about my order, and the time it'd be done, and no one would make eye contact or even answer me. I waited another 45 minutes and decided to leave. I was very upset because it was the only thing we could do for mother's day, around my work schedule and my kids work schedule. By the time I left it was 8:55PM and everything was already over booked to order elsewhere and ended up going to a fast food place because of the time of night. It's been three days and STILL never received a phone call to say my order was ready. I emailed the store themselves that night, and still no call back. I am very, very disappointed. User's recommendation: Poor service and lack of communication.
