The driver had turned up to collect the parcel my printer has packed up he told me he will come back tomorrow and collect it from TNT driver contacted TNT and they blame parcel hero parcel here I just dont have no contact details or email completely ignored me £45 out of pocket absolutely disgraceful I will report this to Three counties radio User's recommendation: Do not use.
