Awful... it’s been over 4 months and NO generator!! I have a contact with Generac themselves now and they said it was because Colonial Generator never made the deposit to get it going!!! They took my large deposit for a full house 60KW and spent it on something other than my generator!! My sales person had to quit because apparently this is an on going issue! I have now hired an attorney since they won’t give me my refund, must be difficult when they use it for someone else!! If your looking for a generator, stay FAR away from Colonial Generators! They will take your deposit and spend months lying about why Generac hasn’t built it!!!
