Placed an order for a cross stitch pattern and they took my money and my order has been out for shipment since 10/02/18 and it is now 10/24/18. No one from either company will respond to me but they took my money!!! You are a fake!!! It is with #blip103patterns-[protected] for a Monster High cross stitch pattern and when I try to contact the store at the email address they provide it comes back as undeliverable because the user doesn't have a Verizon.net account. I have written to you several times also and no one from your place will respond either. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
