Took money off credit card without shipment & will not refund

March 13th My wife used my credit card to order 3 hand bags. March 14th PES* WWW.BAGINC.COM BEIJING did not fill out the order but still took the money off our Visa card. If she was able to get everything as was advertised. If she did not have to wait a month for a product. Getting a response 4 weeks to late. If my credit card was not charged until the shipment was fulfilled. When my wife is not happy then I am not happy. The worst thing to do is suggest maybe this or that. That would give you a bad reputation. That is not helping your business to prosper. It is good for business to make sure the customer is happy. I have had as much as 35 people working with me in 3 of my own companies.. Give a full refund at the very least. Please make it so we can let it go at that.
