Took money but can’t produce a manual

Advertised PDF manual but sent link to ova file that takes 4-5 hours with fast connection. Contacted support and they sent a link that requires a google account to access. Instead of fixing the problem by sending correct PDF file they insist the file I order was ova. Requested a refund and have been ignored. Paid with visa so I will let them check into it. User's recommendation: Do not buy from emanualonline. Reviews are fake.
