Took $, did not deliver, refusing to process refund.

I paid for a 2019 Highlander which was never delivered after scheduling multiple times. I canceled the order and have had horrible customer service. I've been on hold, transferred, left voicemail and emails regarding my refund and no one knows anything. Furthermore, I have been told for a week now that my refund needs 2-3 business days to process. User's recommendation: Do not shop at Vroom, buy a car from Vroom or give any money to Vroom.
