Permanent red pixel on the screen of brand new RCA 65" tv. Called them on day one, have the photos of everything , and it took them. They kept telling me to be patient while they figure out the best resolution for me After two months, they told me the tv is within spec and it's not covered by warranty. I suspect they waited this long so I could not return it to the store. Very devious. Never buy Rca/proscan/Curtis/ Sylvania, they are all curtis.
