I ordered two coats for my dogs. They list nowhere on their site that it comes from China, but I was given little in the way of shipping details and it took 6 weeks to arrive. The coats are not great quality, thin and smaller than their advertised measurements. The worst part is that the zipper on one of the coats broke after 2 wearings of about 10 minutes. I contacted customer service and it took me several days to get a response. They said there is no warranty for the item but they will give me store credit. It will be summer by the time the next one arrives. No thanks. User's recommendation: Avoid like the plague.
