Too strict,for a lifeline service

Never had that much trouble applying ,for a lifeline service,was never asked ,for proof of identity before,I thought my proof of benefits would be enough,maybe it's a warning not to get service with them,I'm going back to trueconnect,much,much simpler,for same benefits User's recommendation: There's other lifeline companies much easier to apply for.
