TOO relaxed atmosphere

I chose this bank to open a business account since they have the best rates for small businesses. Their rates are really good. But that is the biggest plus. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but they are TOO slow. When there are long lines only a few of them are really working. All the rest are hiding somewhere. And no one is in a hurry. No haste at all. They keep working steadily and slowly. TOO relaxed atmosphere. Lines get longer. Clients become nervous. But there are still 3–4 tellers at work. Can’t they make their staff work faster? It is a bank after all! I am still waiting for a call from their manager. They charged an overdraft fee from me by mistake. That was their mistake. But they do not hurry to fix that. I has been waiting for that call for 3 days so far!

Don't give a damn about the atmosphere, they optimize costs by closing branches, but they can't do it, to solve simple problems remotely, to close this f.....g account, I have to drive to another city. What is it?
