TOO MANY REASONS – beyond counting

I have carried a year's worth of prepaids - sometimes they just "disappear" off my account and the management says they cannot explain and will get back to me but they never do. I have countless - too many to count -times THEY CANCEL my appointment - sometimes when I get there. So it is a difficult challenge to even USE your prepaids and they keep building up - THEN COVID and they KEEP charging me though I cannot even get an appointment User's recommendation: Absolutely NOT.
