Can’t say any negative things about the staff. Always nice and helpful. Standard rooms. Yet, we are not sure we would choose to stay there again. The main reason is that they never offer visitors to choose a room, which disappointed us greatly. Our room turned out to be overlooking the parking lot. Later we found out that even platinum members had the same complaint. They charge too high fees at this hotel without giving the possibility to choose views. I hope they will somehow solve this problem and meet visitors’ requests.
