Too expensive and no one answers the phone at customer service.

I have been calling customer service for 3 days and been on hold for a total of 5 hours and I have yet to talk to a human. Although I supposedly was.given a 2 year contract In Feb. 2020 my bill was raised over $21 which is more than 10%. This includes doubling the rental for the same old digital converter boxes that I need to watch the cable stations I am paying for.
