I initiated this process through your company due family difficulties this was not finalized, yes I forwarded the wording but I did not sign off on the design thus this was not finalized. Since your factory is adamant that this was erected could they kindly provided necessary information/documentation to prove this. If my memory save me correct the last call I received from the avbob Pretoria office was in 2007 regarding the processing of this stone and I indicated that I was not in a position to finalize the wording, this order is on hold till such time that I revert back to them and finalize. It is absurd that factory records indicate that the stone was erected in January 2006. Your speedily resolution and response on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
