told I could return defective product then stopped communication

I bought a cabinet from home deeco on 1/7/2017. I received it on 1/17/17 but every surface of the cabinet was scratched. I wrote an email to the company stating the issue on 1/18. They wrote back 1/21 asking for pictures of the issue after I wrote a bad review of the product. I sent the pictures 1/23 and didn't hear back from them for a few days. Finally I wrote them 1/25 saying I'd dispute the charge with my credit card company if I didn't hear back. They wrote back that day offering either 20% off the total price due to the defect or a full refund and they'd schedule a FedEx pickup. I opted for the latter through an an email I sent the same day. I received no response, so I wrote again on 1/27. I received no response so I wrote again 1/30. I've called several times and no one answers. Finally I filed a dispute with my credit card company and am awaiting a refund. Not a professional or trustworthy company!
