Toilet seat not attached to toilet

I had just checked in to the Golden Nugget and went to my room. Once I entered my room i went to go use the restroom. when I sat down on the toilet, the toilet seat moved and I almost fell into the toilet. when I stood up the toilet seat then fell onto the ground. I spoke to the manager who was great but told me that she couldnt offer anything like a comped room or a discount on my room because it was a safety issue and that risk management would take care of that. When I spoke to somebody at risk management, he offered a food credit for this incident since I didnt get hurt. A freaking food credit and what really gets me is that either the maid did not clean the toilet Which is disgusting and with the coronavirus going around not the safest or they did clean it and then placed the broken toilet seat back onto the toilet. I will never again waste $250 for a room to be treated like that. As much money as those rooms cost you would think that they would make sure their toilet seats were attached to their toilets User's recommendation: I would make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies and tools so that you can make sure the bathroom is clean and the toilet seat is connected to the toilet.
