Toa60 air fryer

The first I purchased stopped working the switch failed. The second they sent me stopped working after a couple of weeks . The third they sent me was a toa28 a compact fryer wrong size so they asked me to return via ups. At this point Im waiting for a supervisor to contact me still waiting. Everything in my home is a cuisinart too bad this had to happen.At this point someone should really contact me with what is going to happen.
