I ordered an Aimpoint Pro for my AR15 from them. I waited 4 days without a response. Forget trying to call because it always goes to answering machine. On the fifth day I scanned the web for another number and finally got someone. I asked her to please check on my order. She said oh we dont have it in stock and I was gonna call Aimpoint today. I told her just to cancel my order and send me a cancellation email. I have yet to see the email and who knows if she even canceled it. So people beware of internet costumer service. It needs a lot of help. User's recommendation: Beware of internet ordering from them.
