Palm Beach Research Group automatically renewed a subscription that I didn't want to renew. After contacting them, they stated both verbally and in emails that they would refund the money deducted. They did the old 'The Check is in the Mail' trick. Many emails, twenty-eight phone calls later and Eight months later, I am having to sue them. I have sent them a certified 'Letter of Intent to Sue' but they refuse to accept it via mail. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I advise all to stay away from this fraudulent company. User's recommendation: Do NOT do business with this company!!!
