I had called months ago to transfer my account from Latham NY to Stuart Fl. At that time I spoke to several people and assured it would be done. I called Stuart office and they have NO RECORDS of my account. Evidently account from Latham went through the Boston Mass office. Please assist me to transfer my account to Stuart Fl so I can have my machine repaired
