I called at approximately 8AM Pacific Time to cancel Geek Squad Protection for a newly-purchased laptop at Best Buy and the person I talked with was very helpful. I don't know her name but I wish to thank her so her supervisor knows she did an excellent job. The call was about a Best Buy Order for an HP laptop and a 1-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection. I cancelled the Protection Plan only. The agent made sure I will be receiving a refund. Nathaniel Stahl If there's a way her supervisor can be told she did excellent work helping me, I would like to see her get credit for the job she did. User's recommendation: Thank you, Geek Squad.
