Yesterday (15 July 2021) I checked the status of one of my orders and it showed out of delivery. I waited until night time for a call and got nothing. To my surpised, when I checked the status again it showed that it has been delivered. I then went down to the lobby in my apartment to check but nothing. I checked flash express website and tracked my parcel and it is showing there that it has been delivered and I personally signed it which is NOT!! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COURTESY CALL FROM THE DELIVERY GUY AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM AT ALL!
