I bought preloved clothes on the live. When the live ends we chat together and I told her to check all the items. She said that they checked it already and no damage. Damages and flaws are stated in the live but I told her to double check my items. When the parcel arrived, I got 2 damaged clothes. I messaged the seller and she said sorry, we will replace it with new cloth and you just have that free. But now, I bought again to this shop but they dont want to replace the cloth and they blocked me.
