I think this location blocked my number. I had a representative to call my work number she failed to authenticate the call and was transferred to my manager whose name is Trish. My manager asked the representative to place the number on the Do Not Call list, she requested a payment from my manager at that time. She never read the mini miranda for collections. I called back because the sent me the recording for the call. I called up there yes I was upset the I asked the representative to place my work number on the Do Not Call list and made her aware that she did not read the collection mini Miranda she became loud ignorant and began to tell me that she did not such thing she told me I was rude and ignorant and proceeded to hang up on me. I also wanted to make you guys aware that this same representative gave out faulty information saying that the only way to settle the debt would be via debit card I asked so you guys don’t process the payment automatically via the checking account she replied no however a transaction was processed through my checking account in the amount of 577.54 I called back to the store on today asked to speak to a manager and she stated her name Valerie the same representative I’ve been speaking to all the time I requested a cease and desist and also that no automatic payments be processed through my checking account I will be seeking legal representation for my right that were violated under the fair debt practice act not one time was I ever read the mini Miranda rights and I hope you all are aware that Illinois is a do not respond state the representatives requested payment after being asked to place number on the dnc list
