Thought I was ordering from Nordstrom, wondering how you sold your item on their site. I did not receive a confirmation number or e-mail, thought the transaction didn't go through. Have not received the jacket but was charged for the item. What is going on? Going to file a complaint with the PA Attorney General. Sheila Phelan
