To remove a lien from my title

1

No help whatsoever... she told me I have to go to the dealer.... really? The dealer? What dealer??? I bought a 2005 hyundai elantra with 130.000 miles on it for $800 and it has a lien on the title from Hyundai finance company... the car is 16years old.. there is no outstanding money owed on it... I'm like the 3rd or 4th owner.. you are trying to tell me with the vin# you can't tell that this loan was paid off by the 1st previous owner??? All I need is a letter stating that I don't owe any thing on this vehicle &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; that the lease or loan was satisfied !!! That simple.. I called about three weeks ago & another person told me all I have to do is send a bill of sale from when I bought it last year from the previous owner.. & I did... this is rediculous, its a 16 year old car worth $500..
