STRAW: the first time I would not have made a complaint. but then a second and third time, my granddaughter could not drink her juice box because the straw is completely ripped apart. not fun. for a child to be thirsty at school and cannot take a drink 3 days in a row. First time one thinks to forgive the error, however 3 days in a row is unforgivable and unacceptable.
