If this company. Want to have a good bussiness. dont make their parking a business help the hotel not the towing company to have a custumer. If this hotel concern to their guest they have to check and inform if that car is belong to their guest. If they did that the guest would be happy to save them. Better that to let their guess property gonem they gonna hate and never recommend you
