Credit cards get hacked due to lack of security and since the headquarters are in the Netherlands, good luck finding the culprits. Chat is filled with vulgar 'clones' of other players. Games are played by people using easily found 'cheat codes' so even if you purchase from Gamepoint, you still lose all the necessary coins to play. Gamepoint does nothing about this. Asking them for the answers to even the simplest question is futile and honest people never receive recognition from staff. Wish this site would allow us to give minus zero stars. User's recommendation: Don't play at Gamepoint.
