Recently bought a laminate floor from Home Depot in Providence RI it was ordered and shipped from IDK out of 7 boxes 1/2 where chipped or broke locks , waited for order, room was cleared.once i received email. Every box i open had 2 or more PCs w/ damage to some sort minor but still an inconvenience. i installed floor anyway not wanting to wait to reorder and have a upside down room. i repaired broken and chip pcs w/ touch up pen and wax pencil, in the future Styrofoam blocks on end of packaging would reduce damage greatly, not a very happy 3rd floor customer , fix your shipping SOP
